Shari Bittles joins The Academy Boiler Juniors for the 2020 club season. She is the Varsity Head Coach at West Lafayette (Ind.) Jr./Sr. High School. She has 13 previous years as a junior high coach, both at West Lafayette and Southwestern Middle School in Lafayette.
Shari played four Varsity seasons volleyball, basketball and track & field at East Noble High School in Kendallville, Ind.
Shari has a bachelor’s in criminal justice from Purdue University. For 18 years, she has been the Director of Children/Mid-Kids Ministry and Intergenerational Events at First United Methodist Church. She is now on staff at West Lafayette JR/SR High School as a permanent substitute teacher.
