Brian began his coaching career at Ball State University with the women’s volleyball team as a Volunteer/Student Assistant Coach. He then moved onto the University of Evansville (NCAA Div. I) and James Madison University (NCAA Div. I) serving as a full-time assistant and recruiting coach in both locations. Brian began his club coaching experience in the Municiana program under then co-founder, Dave Shondell (now Head Coach at Purdue University). Since moving to Lafayette over 10 years ago his club coaching and directing experience includes clubs and teams in programs such as Boiler Jrs., Performance Point, Club Lafayette and LAVA.
Prior to coaching Brian was a middle blocker and outside attacker at Hilliard High School in Hilliard, Ohio and an outside attacker while at Ball State University (NCAA Div. I). He lives in Lafayette with his two daughters, Sydney and Makenzie.
